The Midtown footprint encompasses eight acres in the center city. PAETEC headquarters will occupy a portion of the Midtown parcel and the Midtown Tower will be developed for a mixed-use complex that will include 24 residential condominiums, 186 market-rate residential apartments and commercial/retail/restuaruant space. There are many exciting mixed-use development opportunities that will arise as a result of this project.
